Her academic background and experience working with an active population and members of the general population continuously allows her to refine her skills of musculoskeletal injury evaluation, treatment and exercise prescription.
Through tailored guidance, Carla's goal is to encourage her patients to take an active role in their care. She uses a combination of manual therapy and home exercise programs to help clients return to their daily activities and sports-specific routines.
