Anne graduated in physiotherapy from the Université de Montréal in 1983. Over the years, she pursued her training by attending courses in manual therapy, including T.M.J., the McKenzie approach , as well as orthopedic and neurological training.

She worked in a hospital environment for 7 years, with a clientele in rehabilitation and industrial injuries (orthopedics).

In 1991, she opened her own physiotherapy clinic, the first in LaSalle to offer high-quality, personalized care. Having always had a global vision of both orthopedic and neurological problems, Anne decided in 1992 to take training in a global approach to treatment. She undertook a 5-week training course in global postural re-education (G.P.R.). She then completed her training in Global Postural Rehabilitation (G.P.R.) for pregnant women and athletes. In 2012, she completed training in vestibular rehabilitation to treat vertigo . She completed training in mild craniocerebral trauma as well as neuro-proprioceptive taping for athletes in 2015. She updated her skills in pediatric physiotherapy in 2015-2017. Anne regularly attends several conferences in the field of physiotherapy.

She is a member of the Ordre de la physiothérapie du Québec (O.P.P.Q.). People who know her say that she is passionate about her profession and that she looks for the root cause of the problem, while dealing with compensations. Anne considers that she's never finished learning, and is continuing her apprenticeship.
